Who I work with

Therapy for College Students & Young Adults

College and the years that follow can bring a particular kind of uncertainty. There are new freedoms and expectations, but also questions about identity, relationships, achievement, independence, and what comes next. For some, difficulties that were manageable before become harder to navigate away from familiar routines and relationships. For others, there may be a growing sense that the life they are building does not quite feel like their own.

Therapy can provide a place to step back from those pressures and think openly about what is happening. We can explore relationships, expectations, choices, family dynamics, and the ways you are beginning to define yourself as an adult.

I work with young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, academic or career pressure, relationships, family conflict, or simply a sense of being stuck or uncertain about the future.

The work is not about having all the answers. It is about having room to think, with someone who can bring perspective and experience to the questions that matter to you.
