Therapy for Couples

Relationships can hold both our deepest connections and our most persistent difficulties. Couples can find themselves having the same arguments, falling into familiar roles, or feeling increasingly distant despite wanting things to be different.

Therapy creates a space to slow those patterns down and look at what is happening between people—not simply at who is right or wrong.

With couples, we may explore communication, conflict, intimacy, trust, changing expectations, or transitions in the relationship. Sometimes a relationship has reached an impasse; sometimes both people simply want to understand one another better and strengthen what they already have.
