Therapy for Individual Adults
A place to understand what’s happening—and what might change
Life can become complicated in ways that are difficult to step outside of. Work, relationships, family, responsibility, loss, and expectations can accumulate, sometimes leaving little room to consider how you are actually doing. You may be dealing with something specific or you may simply have a sense that something isn't working and find yourself returning to the same patterns, questions, or struggles.
Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down and look more closely. We can consider what is happening in your life now alongside the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, while remaining attentive to the circumstances that are unique to you.
